Site Help

Having trouble reading the text?

Internet Explorer and other browsers have a feature to help you adjust the size of the font on a webpage so that you can read it more easily. In Internet Explorer, go to View in the menu bar at the top. From the drop-down menu, select Text Size. The default is set to Medium; the other options are Larger, Smaller, Largest, and Smallest. Mozilla (similar to Netscape) has a similar feature under View: the selection is Text Zoom, and you can choose the size by percentage (default is 100%). If you can't find the menu item, the browser's Help section should have an explanation of where to find it and how to change it.

This site is designed so that most of the text will resize. Many other sites are designed without taking this into consideration, and therefore have fixed-size fonts. So you can't always resize the text in your browser, but you can on this site.

Can't find what you're looking for?

The site offers three navigation options, which are all the same on every page of the site.

The tabs at the top will take you to the main page for each of the site's main sections. Each tabs is a shortcut to information about our services and about our company.

The second navigation option is the menu on the left. The words with triangles in front of them are the individual pages of their sections. Almost every page in the site is directly linked to from the menu there, so you should be able to find what you're looking for.

If the menu does not function properly or at all, you may have JavaScript disabled in your browser, or be using a browser that doesn't support it. Go to the Help section of your browser for more information about javascript. In the meantime, you can browse our site from the Site Map. Every page on the site is laid out in a text-only, logical format, so that you can locate it and navigate to it.

The third navigation option is at the foot of the page. Those links are mostly to pages you may need to see that aren't about our products or services, but are more generally about our web presence.

Site doesn't look right?

Does something look broken or incorrect, or not work as you expected? Please, let our webmaster know about it, so that it can be repaired as soon as possible. Be aware that not everything on every page may look right in every browser. The site works best in Internet Explorer 6 for Windows, at a screen resolution of about 800 pixels wide or higher. It is designed to be usable in all browsers, but we may well have missed an issue that makes it harder to use in other browsers. Please, when you tell us what's broken, explain to us what browser and operating system you're using, as well as what page has the problem, so that we can find out what's wrong more easily. That helps us make the site more usable for you.
